ORder Vinyl Spa Covers

Ordering your spa cover is easy. Simply fill out the order form on our website, submit it, and we’ll email you an estimate. Once you approve the estimate, you’ll receive an invoice you can pay securely online. After payment, your cover goes into our production queue. Our current lead time is about 30 days, but don’t be surprised if we get it out sooner.

Covers can be picked up at our Auburn location, delivered within populated areas of Northern California, or shipped via common carrier for out-of-area orders.

Before You Submit Your Order:

• Double-check all dimensions for accurate measurements.
• Mark the fold side as the B side.
• Include your spa’s year, make, and model (if available). Then we can match it to our templates if available.

Our standard spa covers feature a 4”-2” tapered 1 lb foam with an R-value of 13.6. This is ideal for mild climates and our most popular choice due to affordability.

For more durability and strength, we offer:

• 2 lb foam (R-value: 15), used on all Sunbrella covers for added longevity.
• 5”-3” tapered foam is available in both 1 lb and 2 lb options, increasing insulation to R-17.4 and R-20, ideal for cooler climates and extra strength.
• 3 lb foam (R-value: 15.3) available in a 4”-2” taper only. This high-density option is great for snowy regions or situations where snow may not be removed frequently.
