How to obtain warranty service

You’ll need to return the cover in a clean and dry condition to your dealer for pickup by us. If purchased directly, return it to our operation here in Auburn, CA. If you are unable to return the cover to us due to distance and shipping costs, we require pictures of the defect to determine if it’s a warranty issue, and if so, how to best correct it.

All Seasons Spa Covers will repair or replace the cover if it is deemed to be under warranty, with no charge for materials and labor. The purchaser assumes all costs associated with delivery, freight charges, and disposal. This warranty is limited to the purchase price of the spa cover. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages or injuries that result from the use of this spa cover.

What is not covered by warranty

Warranties do not cover defects or damage caused by:

1) Misuse or accidents

2) Failure to provide proper care and maintenance, see  Care and Maintenance Instructions

3) Ordinary wear and tear, normal fading and deterioration of vinyl and thread, and seam splitting due to improper handling;

4) Snow and ice, animals, fire, vandalism, excessive chemicals, improper installation and strain, excessive abuse or abrasion – including abrasions and penetrations due to cover lifters, alterations, acts of God, or use for purposes other than that for which the cover was designed;

5) Broken foam cores, or cores that have been saturated due to punctures, cuts, or other abrasions.

What can void your spa cover warranty

To keep your spa cover protected under warranty, it’s important to follow proper care and usage guidelines. The following actions or conditions can void your warranty:

  • Using Harsh Cleaners or Conditioners
    Only mild dish soap and water should be used for cleaning. For vinyl covers, apply 303 Protectant monthly. Other brands may contain harsh chemicals that can damage the vinyl and void the warranty.
    For Sunbrella® covers, use 303 High Tech Fabric Guard after cleaning to restore water repellency. Visit the Care & Maintenance (link) page for more information.

  • Improper Chemical Balance in Spa Water
    High chlorine levels or poor pH balance can damage the underside of your cover, weakening seams and stitching. Over-chlorination can cause burning, discoloration, and material breakdown, which are not covered under warranty.

  • Incorrect Orientation or Sizing
    If you order a custom cover with incorrect measurements or orientation (especially A & B sides), we cannot cover damage or fit issues under warranty. Always double-check your dimensions and use our measuring guide.

  • Neglect or Improper Maintenance
    Failing to remove standing water, snow buildup, or debris can lead to sagging, damage to the foam cores, and cover failure, all of which may void the warranty.

To protect your investment, always follow our care guidelines. If you have questions, visit our FAQ page or contact us directly, we’re here to help.
