Sunbrella® significantly outperforms vinyl in high-sun-exposure areas due to its UV-stabilized fibers. If your spa cover gets a lot of direct sunlight, Sunbrella® is the better long-term investment.

While Sunbrella® material costs about five times more than vinyl, it offers superior UV resistance, vibrant color retention, and a cloth-like aesthetic many homeowners prefer. It’s an excellent choice if you want longevity and a premium look.
