How to Order All Seasons Spa Covers

ORDERING COVERS

Ordering a spa cover is simple and starts with choosing the right material. We offer two options:

• Marine-Grade Vinyl – Durable and budget-friendly, this material is made to withstand years of outdoor use and is excellent for shaded or partially shaded areas.

• Sunbrella® Fabric – Engineered with Color to the Core™ technology, Sunbrella® fibers are UV-stabilized and color-saturated for long-lasting performance and vibrant color. Ideal for high sun exposure, this premium fabric resists fading, wear, and the elements. It also offers a more refined, fabric-like look and feel. It is perfect for those prioritizing aesthetics and longevity. Comes with a 5 year warranty (10 years on Fabric)

Sunbrella® offers superior performance in harsh sun but comes at a higher cost. While vinyl remains a reliable and more affordable alternative. Either way, you’re getting a long-lasting, quality product.

The Ordering Process

1. Submit the Order Form – Fill out the form on our website with accurate dimensions, including which side folds (mark this as the B side).
2. Get Your Estimate – We’ll review your form and send you an estimate within 2 business days
3. Confirm & Pay – Once you approve the estimate, we’ll email you an invoice you can pay online by credit card.
4. Production – After payment, your order is added to our production queue (typical lead time is 4-6 weeks).
5. Delivery – You can:
   • • Pick up your cover at our Auburn, CA, location
     • Request delivery within populated areas of Northern California
     • Have us send it a friends business or someone you know.
     • Opt for shipping via common carrier if you’re outside the area.

We recommend adding your spa’s year, make, and model so we can cross-reference our templates if available. To ensure an accurate fit, use the printable template on the order page to measure radius corners.

Foam Choices

Choosing the right foam for your spa cover is important for insulation and durability. We offer several options to suit different climates and needs:

• 1 lb Foam (Standard)
  Comes in a 4”-2” taper with an R-value of 13.6. This is our most popular and cost-effective choice, which is ideal for mild climates.
  

• 2 lb Foam
  Offers more strength and durability, with an R-value of 15 in a 4”-2” taper. This is the foam used in our Sunbrella covers for added longevity.

• Tapered 5”-3” Foam (Available in 1 lb or 2 lb)
  These are great options for cooler climates or if your cover needs extra support. Providing extra insulation and strength:
  • 1 lb Foam: R-value of 17.4
  • 2 lb Foam: R-value of 20
     
• 3 lb Foam (Heavy-Duty)
  Available in a 4”-2” taper with an R-value of 15.3. It has the highest tensile strength and is ideal for areas with snow or where covers may not be cleared regularly.
