Shipping & Returns

We ship our covers locally throughout the Bay Area or via common carrier for out-of-area and out-of-state orders. Each cover is carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Shipping is calculated based on distance and cover size. We do our best to work with you and help minimize shipping costs wherever possible.

Prefer to skip shipping altogether? You’re welcome to pick up your cover directly from our production facility. Just let us know what works best for you.

Local Delivery: Available within a 125-mile radius in a major metropolitan area surrounding our Auburn, CA, facility.

Common Carrier: Used for destinations outside our local delivery zone.

We stand behind the quality of our spa covers. If an issue arises, we’ll evaluate your warranty claim and work with you toward a fair resolution.
To initiate a return, please review our warranty policy and provide a brief explanation of the issue, along with any relevant photos or videos that will help us assess the problem.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment.
After 24 hours, if your cover is already in production, the order cannot be canceled.

We consider all reasonable warranty claims, based on the issue and warranty timeframe. We’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied with your purchase and will promptly honor valid claims.
